This company deserves zero stars. I had an executive stay at a local hotel in Carmel and he needed to have his golf bag delivered back home. The hotel dropped his golf bag with the attached FedEx label at this business to be shipped. FedEx never scanned the label as no updated tracking information had been provided. I called FedEx and they could not locate the bag. I called this Pak Mail to inquire when/where the bag was picked up. They told me that the bag was picked up either on the Fri it was dropped or Sat, but they have no physical confirmation of it being dropped off from the hotel or being picked up from FedEx, it was just hearsay. Pak Mail told me it's not their responsibility as the business serves only as a "drop box" and they do not keep track of packages. There's something shady and suspicious about this business (high possibility someone at this company stole the golf bag). I HIGHLY recommend anyone take their shipments to a legitimate shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to ensure their packages are handled appropriately, and not lost or stolen. BEWARE

I received a quote from this location and called back a couple weeks later to proceed. They lost the quote and quoted me a higher price. They originally told me they could pick up my items. Then they told me another day that it had to fit in a small SUV. Called another time and they said they don't pick up at all. I emailed them saying all this and they never responded.
