I received a letter from Judy Foregger about potentially listing my Stowe condo, that promised market analysis. Foregger was abrupt in response to the email correspondence I sent & I became concerned that this was a con, so I asked why she needed the information she asked for and told her that I was not interested if this was a scam. A simple explaination would have been great. Instead she responded “I think you are the scam”. Wow. I am disappointed that a reputable company such as this would sanction such rude behavior. As a potential customer—who was contacted by Foregger—I did not initiate this contact—simple courtesy and explanation for someone who was hesitant would have gone a long way. Thoroughly a disappointing experience.
