The BBQ area has broken glass that has spread to the pool area and the complex has ignored cleaning it up all summer.

Don't move here its a bad place to live.i moved here thinking it would be a good place to live but when
I moved in they added extra fees and said I didn't pay the deposit which I did. then when I moved in we noticed that the water wasn't getting hot,so we did a maintenance request.when they came to fix they said to run the water so that it could get hot but that wasn't it and so I did multiple maintenance requests and there was some excuse to why it wasn't working.I had to get my bro in law to help he works with the city and we had an inspector help us get hot water.after months and months of talking with management and maintenance.it only worked for a mth and now no hot water again.Hopefully people watch out here as there is no place to have kids play around because there is so much dog feces everywhere and now they say we can't even have stuff we own on our very own balconies or porch area like no decorations for holidays if you do they charge $50 per item now. wow this place is crazy and if ur a co they will not accept you they want more people with criminal history then ever here. its a bad place to live don't have teenage kids as the adults even at 7pm jus thowing the trash is dangerous especially for young ladies even women come close to getting snatched up by animals they let live here. Wouldn't you want a safe place not a place where there's shooting, vandalism to cars and hurting people. This place needs new management badly

This apartment complex is horrible it’s to the point where they turn off the water every other day and won’t even send you a notice. There water is cold half the time and can’t bathe any babies for the fact they end up sick. We plan on looking for somewhere new because if you call the office no one answers the phone

I stayed here for four months and didnt have any problems but when it came to moving out, I spoke to the manager many times of the 30 days notice and she did not inform me of it needing to be in writing until ten days after the 30 day notice needed to b submitted. Dont think for a second that you can trust her. I thought there was good communication, but i informed her that i thought I was leaving the month before and there was still no mention of the letter. your suppose to know the law because thats where they'll try to screw u. the apartment was clean (still charged $25) and out of our $700 deposit i recieved $433.
