My husband and I recently purchased our first Truck from Palmen Motors. Purchasing a vehicle is stressful with so many questions to be answered but, our salesman Frank Ruffolo had the patience of a saint! He is very knowledgeable and made the process easy and pain free. He took the time to answer each question with detailed answers, even if we had asked the same ones multiple times!
I would highly recommend stopping in and talking to Frank if you are in the market for a new vehicle, you won't be sorry!
I will definitely be back to buy from Frank again in the future! Very satisfied!

Hands down I would only recommend them. Not only were they super warm and friendly but I honestly forgot I was at a dealership. Adan was great helping us. The experience felt very personable and highly recommend working with him. Our credit was fair so they really worked with us. Also get the 7 year warranty plan. Honestly, every single thing about my experience was phenomenal.

From the time I walked into the door a week ago, my parents & I were greeted & a salesman was with us promptly.

Lawrence Steponitis “Larry” was hands down the best salesman I have ever encountered & had the privilege of buying a vehicle from. And I’ve had several as well as my parents. Initially, it didn’t pan out for me & I traveled back to Iowa but he worked diligently & looked for any way he could help me get the vehicle of my dreams & be affordable for a week & so did Frank, but ultimately he made it happen for me. I travelled back and picked up my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude today and everything was ready for me when I went in.

Larry also made sure to keep his word on calling to check in on how I was liking my vehicle, how it was driving, if I had any questions, and he addressed them promptly. I also asked for a paint matched pen for touch ups that occur and he got it shipped out the next day. He also made sure to check that my Jeep app was set up and gave me the information initially to get it arranged since we were not able to do it the day I purchased the vehicle— not to his fault.

As I signed papers, the gentleman whom helped was also very kind, very welcoming, knowledge & helped with the choice of gap & extended warranty. He also told me to let him know if I didn’t receive my plates in 20ish days so he could renew a temporary paper in time and so he can handle any additional business.

Overall, I have nothing but positive experience with this company. But by far, Larry was phenomenal & went above & beyond. I will be returning if I ever choose to trade it or purchase another vehicle. 😊

I can’t thank Palmen Dodge enough for my new 2022 Dodge Durango. I had been looking for months for this exact vehicle and couldn’t find anything near me in MA. Tara and her team spent countless hours on the phone to me and emailing back and forth. She had the patience of a Saint since I was out of state and this wasn’t an everyday transaction. the whole truck buying experience this past weekend was easy and a pleasure.

Frankie R was a pleasure to work with. he never pressured us, and was able to answer all of our questions, and we had a lot of questions. We also threw some curve balls at him, switched from new van to used truck to another used truck, and then looked at a new truck .. Frank handled all of this like a true pro.

We also dealt with Troy. I am not sure what his title is (a concierge of sorts). Troy was my initial contact with the dealership and handled me while I was still an Internet customer, and then handed me off to Frank. Troy also was knowledgeable and very helpful.

when we got to the finance dept, again we didn't feel pressured at all. I was 100% sure I was going to finance part of our truck here, and then refinance with my own bank. this is NOT what I am going to do. their finance dept got me the same rate through their channels (through another local credit union) as my own credit unions rate. I am not sure how they can do this, but it was a pleasant surprise.

all in all, the entire experience was a very positive experience. I would recommend Plamen to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

I went to Palmen Motors to buy a new car because I had taken my previous car to them for service and was ALWAYS impressed with them. My salesman, Shawn Haas, was just as impressive. He listened to my needs and wants, was incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly, Shawn was honest and genuine. He got me the vehicle I wanted and at a good price.
