These guys are something special, Mr Jordan is a nice guy even tho my experiences with him were only court related. I was in the property that they oversee and they told me that they were going to renew my lease, came and took pics, and a week later they sent me a 30 day notice for eviction, that’s pretty awesome huh….. I filed an appeal to buy time because after Covid almost killed me, it completely destroyed my credit. Now that the appeal ended on May the 1st 2024 they have not requested my money from the court, what this being said it looks like I owe another rental property money, and with them being a rental property they know I can’t rent owing another company/property, which in return has me staying in hotels, I will be contacting a lawyer, these guys are racist, stay away from these guys at all cost, on top of that most of their properties are in bad areas

Being a tenant for over 5 years at ONE property and over 5 at another it is sad to see how they treat the clients. Their homes aren’t well renovated or taken care of before renting nor even in livable conditions. Yet when moving out, they expect the smallest, minor and almost unseen things to be fixed. For months and months our plumbing & electricity was never fixed. Unless we called a thousand times. The manager is never to be seen unless is to charge or demand something. Unprofessional, sad & disappointing.

Engaged in predatory practices: I've been living at this property before this owner hired Palmetto. Months after they took over rent has been going up. Rent's been going up more than 12% a month almost every other year. Business must make profit to operate. But Palmetto is a predatory rental management company. This office should be investigated by the proper authority

Absolutely the worst property management. They will work their tails off to increase your rent and eliminate most of the perks you get from the landlord. Oh, I forgot they will go against the landlord in making your rental experience pleasant.

As a tenant, It’s difficult to find a company like this that is timely, efficient and really understands your wants and needs. They truly care and will do their best to make you happy in your home. If I could give them a minus scoring I would. Their customer service is horrible. They are extremely unprofessional. And on top of that they are crooks and thieves.

I scheduled a viewing to see two properties. At the first viewing I expressed potential interest in the home and gave the agent $80 for the cost of an application fee for me and my husband.

The next day I went to view the second property, which I was most interested in, but they never showed up. When I called the office they claimed the viewing was scheduled for another day and time. I knew that wasn't correct because I had to take time off work to go to the viewing. They were rude, unaccommodating and refused to send someone out to show me the second property.

I decided against submitting an application for either property and asked that they return the money I had given them. Long story short it has been 2 weeks now and they still have not returned the money to me. They have given me every excuse in the world, accounting, no one's in the office, etc.

I STRONGLY advise against doing business with this company. Of course sometimes we just have to do what we have to do but consider yourself warned! Good Luck
