I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Palomar Apartments! The team here has been incredibly sweet, attentive, and resourceful from day one. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, they go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled quickly and efficiently. They are not only attentive to my needs but also very knowledgeable and professional, always providing clear information and solutions. Living here has been a truly positive experience, and I feel very fortunate to have such a supportive management team. Highly recommend!

I recently had to have several maintenance issues addressed in my apartment. Maria, Jose, and Victor as well as the HVAC man responded in a professional and timely manner and five of my six issues were resolved in under 24 hours. The sixth issue is waiting on a part that had to be ordered. Not enough can be said about these hard working people. They themselves have multiple issues to resolve just to help the residents. Thank you so much for your diligence and concern. And we did not do without our air conditioning for one second.

A lot of weirdos around this complex I don’t even feel safe to walk my dog at night or throw trash. They want you to park in parking that’s far and dangerous with everything that’s going on here. Not to mention the car theft that’s been a reoccurring problem here but yet tow cars of owners who don’t want to park their cars far and avoid it getting stolen. They are still making us pay for a “renovated apartment” which not to mention it is not renovated unlike every other apartment or yet has offered to. They expect you to feel safe but can’t enforce security but yet can enforce tow trucks to come day and night:D manager is rude and doesn’t know how to run a complex or serve her community dog park is always disgusting and elevators and to top it all off there’s also been an on going problem with wasps and wasp nests, steer clear of these complexes 0/10 would not recommend

I love these apartments. The office staff are extremely helpful and supportive. I love all the updates and upgrades come into place. Definitely will not be moving from here anytime soon!

Moving to Echelon of Tucson from San Diego was the best move we could have made. My husband, disabled Navy Chief retired, and I absolutely love living here! We couldn't have found a better all inclusive, active lifestyle, senior housing community if we tried - especially at such complimentary rates in such a spacious, ADA compliant, well fitted and comfortable apartment.

We enjoy water aerobics, Friday outings, afternoon movies in the onsite theater, baking class, Thursday night socials, bookclub, and much much more. Plus the dining experiences are fabulously fulfilling. We have formed many wonderful friendships over a hearty meal. A truly great living experience all the way around.
