We're current resident of one of Pan Cal constructions. Our window screen fell off the 2nd week when we moved in, and we have reported this issue over and over again for past 4 months, they just told us to wait. They have 1 year warranty, and maybe we wait after 1 year, they can tell us "Oh, it past the warranty." I think we need to take legal action on this, since it's so frustrating! I'm very regret that we purchased the home from Pan Cal.

I researched and drove by one of PanCal communities in the East Bay. Elevation and landscaping looked thoughtful and the prices seem reasonable. The community hit a sweet spot for value and it sold out fast.
