They must be writing their own reviews because they are not a good developer, far from it. Huge leak on the day of handover, complete lack of accountability or empathy shown by the developer and lied to along the way about how long the issue would take to be rectified. We were told 3 weeks in the beginning and it ended up taking them 3 months. Very poor service, don't get me started on their non existent aftercare. We reported defects at the beginning of the year which haven't even been acknowledged. Also, they hire cowboy managing agents. AVOID - minus 5 stars (UPDATE - 4 months after writing this review and guess what, still outstanding defects!)

I found dealing with the team at Paradigm Land easy, there was nothing they were not prepared to do for us , we dealt with them over a period of months during the development and nothing was to much trouble for the team no matter how small ! highly recommended company, product and service !

Had a terrible experience buying property from this developer. It was in an awful condition when I moved in to my ‘brand new apartment’ - the finish has been incredibly disappointing and the response from them even worse. They’re now trying to add an extension to the completed building and cramming more apartments into a tiny plot of land. Would not recommend anyone work with or buy from Paradimland ever! Greedy, sloppy, money-obsessed developers.
