Paragon at Old Town - Monrovia, California

The Paragon complex is a beautiful apartment building in Old Town Monrovia. My husband and I were looking for a short term rental and only a handful of places offer that in the area.

From the moment my husband and I stepped foot into the Paragon complex, we were greeted by such a warm and wonderful staff. Freddy gave us the tour of the grounds. We were immediately impressed by his professionalism and he was able to answer all of our questions so thoroughly and with a warm smile. During the leasing process, Kevin, the leasing consultant was quick to respond to us and since then has made our move in very smooth and is always so personable! Diana, the community manager was always available when I needed help or had any questions.

I had a minor issue - toilet paper holder missing - and literally 30 minutes after I submitted the maintenance request, I hear a knock on my door. It was Johnny, one of the maintenance staff.

Let’s talk about the grounds. The central courtyard area with the pool is so beautiful with the lush plants. I constantly see the crew cleaning the hallways. Both the clubhouse and gym area is very clean and immaculate.

Since moving here, we’ve found that it’s very quiet, clean and safe complex. Safety was key since we have two young kids.

The entire staff with their warm welcome and genuine enthusiasm is what really separated our visit to Paragon from anywhere else. If you’re searching for a place that feels like home from the moment you step through the door, then look no further!!

This is my fourth year living in this building, great location and friendly staff. I’ve moved from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom apartment with tons of sunlight. One thing I want to highlight is the exceptional maintenance team, especially Willy, who provides excellent service and is incredibly knowledgeable. Having an on-site maintenance team is such a relief whenever I run into maintenance issues—always efficient and quick to resolve anything that comes up. I really appreciate his support and so lucky to have him around!!

I’ve been here going on my 5th year renewal at Paragon. I couldn’t find a better place to live, I feel secure. The front office manager Diana and assistant manager Freddy respond quickly to us. The same holds true for the quick response for maintenance, Willie hard working. I highly recommend Paragon at Old Town.

A great place to live. Premises are kept clean and the location is superb. So much is walkable in Old Town Monrovia and the tenants are friendly and we love the homogeneous population. Office staff is friendly and service is done quickly.

My husband and I moved in September 2023. Kevin Wences has been wonderful through the whole process, answering emails, professional, and friendly. Great experience. We love it. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful, swimming pool and hot tub, grills, fireplace on cool nights and downtown Monrovia location.

Of all the places we saw in Monrovia, Paragon was the most welcoming.

I made an online appointment to tour the building and met with Kevin shortly after. Kevin was helpful throughout the entire process - from touring, applying, moving in, and still is. Kevin showed us what options Paragon had to offer as we searched for a one-bedroom unit with our dog.

We are enjoying the location, the community, and the amenities. The complex is clean and we appreciate the building's design. It has a centrally located pool with direct sun and a grilling area. We also have a lounge room, gym, and an attached parking structure. The units have high ceilings, are spacious, and the interior finishes are updated. The complex and surrounding areas are very walkable.

Maintenance is quick on addressing our needs. Johnny worked around our schedule and dog when we needed assistance fixing the garage disposal we messed up.

We are enjoying the community and look forward to spending the holidays here. If you're considering Paragon, I would recommend it. Staff will make you feel right at home.

Paragon apartments are a very nice community to live in, surrounded with beautiful views, the installations are well maintained, our apartment is working very good for about 3 months now. I had a non urgent request in the first day, and this was immediately addressed by our Leasing Agent Kevin Wences, he has been highly committed with us since the first time I stepped in to obtain information, following up to signing our lease contract and every time we have a request, he has been very helpful and friendly, always concerned to give us the best customer experience, thanks so much Kevin, for helping us on the process and make it so easy.
