My experience with Paramount Property Company has been great. I am especially happy, and in fact everyone in my office is, that they hired Mara Passetti, who is the previous building manager who had left the previous owners. There are so many good and much need repairs and changes happening now. The tiles at the entrance to the building were a serious tripping and fall hazard, they have not been temporarily fixed until they bring in the landscapers. They new HVAC company is very responsive and helpful. The new gardeners have made a huge difference already. The cleaning crew is doing a great job and the lobby always looks fresh now. Everyone is so much nicer to deal with and I don't have to be afraid to call and ask for help when needed. Bravo Paramount Property and Mara!!!

We occupy one of the suites at 100 Tamal plaza, Corte Madera. Our management company was recently switched to Paramount; so far, our experience with them has been efficient and professional. Our account manager is Mara Passetti, who is really great to work with. We were happy to have her back managing our building again, we used to work with her when she was with a previous management company. Our dealings with Mara has always been nothing short of professional. She is responsive and takes good care of us. We feel we're in good hands when we're dealing with Mara and Paramount.
