Property “management” is an accurate description of Paramount. The only thing they managed was managing to take a percentage of my monthly proceeds from my rental property with no clear “property management” capabilities. Over a 1 year period, 6 of my 12 monthly proceeds checks were incorrect and shorted by up to $400. These mistakes were negligent and lazy and were only caught and corrected by me. We also received numerous past due bills and notices to shut of services from utilities due to tenants lack of payment. When brought to the “management” attention, I was told that they have no control and cannot make tenants pay their bills. The management agents are less than professional and very dismissive to problems. When I asked to have my agent fix a minor problem with the address number on my house, I was told a $75 handy man charge would have to be made since he was uncomfortable operating a screwdriver. So instead, I had my 20 year old sister in law fix the problem in less than 5 minutes. My list of issues and complaints can go on and on but frankly, I don’t think they deserve the constructive criticism for a company that only cares about collecting a check. Word to the wise: if you intend on using this company, revisit the idea of managing your own home, because that’s what you will be doing anyway by hiring Paramount; plus you will save yourself money by not paying fees for no results.

Can't even see properties to rent because the property manager doesn't want to show the homes. Has group showings apparently, but if one was done yesterday can't do another one for two weeks?or whenever she feels like it? Needs more than a few ppl interested then will call & let everyone know when the next one is held. I asked if that's because they had too many applications? Said no. So I said "ok can you show it next week?" "Sorry, I don't have it scheduled to show next week. "Mind you this home, and another one I am asking about has sat over 30+ days! (Kitsap county)No wonder these homes are not rented already. I would be so upset as a home owner. As a potential renter, I will not be looking into renting any homes this company has...if this is how difficult it is just to see a house( doesnt know my income, credit score, anything ), im sure dealing with this property manager/company will not be easy. No thank you!

The maintenance is quick and... ok, but the office is impossible to reach.
No one is ever at reception, I can't get the extension for the person I'm trying to speak with, the voicemail box is almost always full and on the off chance you get to leave a message they will NEVER return your call.

If you do get a receptionist, the person you're looking for is "out".

If the stars align and YOU DO get the person you're looking for they will fail to do what they said they would do and you'll have to try all over again.

They waited to get me a new 12 month lease to sign until my current lease was days away from expiring.

Btw I lived in a refurbished basement with no fire escape windows for $1300 a month for two years.

Paramount Property Management has just tried to charge me rent for February, my lease ended on January 11 2024, I am currently in North Carolina.

Never contacted me when the end of my lease was coming up to check whether I'd be renewing or not, whomever owns this property and is paying these people to "manage" it, you're getting scammed.

I left them a message and I'll update y'all when I hear back.

Called and finally got a receptionist who redirected me to the only available property manager who informed me that Washington State law allows them to charge me rent for the foreseeable future if I don't remind them that my lease is ending in writing 30 days before my lease ends. Nice.

He also said he would get to the office and take me out of their system as soon as he could meaning Paramount Property Management does not keep any property managers in office, they all "work" from home without any access to their clients paperwork?

So they're impossible to reach, rely on their tenants to keep track of all upcoming lease dates and don't come to work at their own office.

What exactly are they managing?

Chris drives a real nice car and never answers his messages so I'd love to get paid whatever these people get paid to do the level of work they do.
Maybe I'll start "managing property" too.

Reading some of these reviews has me completely shocked. We have been renting from Paramount for a few years now and we have had ALL positive experiences. They have been great! The staff are nice and easy to deal with. The head of their maintenance dept is a wonderful guy and is always quick to handle any situation. We had a pretty severe leak happen in the garage shortly after moving in and Paramount, as well as the home owner himself, all made very quick action to fix the issue. We were very impressed with how they handled it. Anytime we've needed to call for maintenance, they are always quick to resolve the issue immediately. I can honestly say that we have had nothing but great experiences with this company and it has been a pleasure dealing with them.

Chris and Paramount Property Management are the best for your Commerical and Residential Needs.
I have a demanding schedule and sometimes am difficult to reach. I can put my mind at ease knowing I trust them to put every effort into contacting me. To make the best decision to benefit myself, the unit and the tenants long term,  financially cost affective to my budget.
They have given me and my long term tenants a personal touch making it a good financial profit to my investment portfolio and reducing the costs of flipping my rental units per my request.
Willing to work with old fashion techniques to meet my personal needs if necessary, to comfort my mind and keep my business running smoothly. Willing to teach me technology to "Get On Board" in our fast paced world so the old fashioned becomes part of my past.
I am so grateful to be involved with Paramount Property Management. Knowing I can be financially secure in my present and my future retirement investments.

Paramount manages our rental. They are highly capable, communicative, easy to deal with, and very thorough. As absentee owners living across the country we needed a company that would be able to handle things for us. They take the worry out of keeping our rental in good shape and dealing with the tenants. Our point of contact, Chris, is FANTASTIC!! He is easy to reach and knows our property well. I’d recommend Paramount and Chris to anyone. Five stars!!

horrible management i tell you. they're only in for the money. worked with Chris , dont get me wrong nice doesnt get the job done well. His communication is awful. He made a mistake on our down payment which thankfully we didn't have to pay because that was on him . Be careful with everything he said ,sometimes he doesn't tell you and then later he tries to lie to cover himself up. Be prepared to not have your phone calls being answered or even calling the office to have someone calls you back. The work ethic is lacking on this management team. The communication from management altogether is just terrible just please expect that. Even the people in office ; I also spoke with the supervisor today regards to one of our utility concern, her customer service sucks big time. She wont listen to you, which she thinks she is, she just want to tell you what she knows and she does not know how to respond back to people i'm just surprised . No customer service period. They're in it for the money it's just so sad
