I am a tenant at one of the properties managed by Parasole. I’ve had nothing but attentiveness and fast responses! My move in process was easy and they made sure damages from last tenants were corrected before my move in. I have no complaints and I am so happy here!
I actually had the property management owner come to check out a problem himself and he was great! Really nice down to earth guy! All the guys that helped get things together here were awesome. Keep up the great work guys!

My wife and I have very much enjoyed our time renting a unit from Parasole Properties. They respond promptly to all our maintenance requests and have even done large-scale renovations to make our property safer. They do not raise rent unexpectedly and are very friendly to communicate with. Some of our friends also rent from Parasole Properties, and they have only had good things to say. You can feel confident renting from Parasole!
