We have been here almost a year and have no complaints. Cozy apartment, beautiful nature to walk our dog, fairly quiet and undisturbed. All services have been met to our satisfaction. We are truly thankful to have this place to live in.

Jason and Samantha were so helpful, friendly and accommodating to all my questions and concerns I had with laying out and mapping out my new home I just acquired from them today for rent at a great price here in Loomis! They walked me through everything I needed to do which this so much easier and stress free which is what I was looking for! It's always a relief with a transition as smooth as they made it for me! I'm so thankful they are such great people and I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone else out there looking for a home by them! Thank you guys so much!
