I’ve lived at Park Grossmont for five years and really like it. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the maintenance staff is exceptional. Requests are answered in an extremely fast fashion and they’re always very thorough. I love when JJ knocks on my door, he’s always ready to help. Office staff has changed a lot since I’ve been here, and they’ve always been pretty difficult to communicate with, but overall it’s nothing majorly crazy. Overall, it’s a really cozy place to call home.

I have lived here two years and it has a great location, close to freeways and it's hard to beat having an in-unit washer/dryer. JJ, Antonio and Stuart are the best maintenance guys around, if you got a problem they'll solve it immediately and it stays fixed. Gotta admire that kind of dedication.

My children and I viewed this property this week, guided by Jared. The apartments are beautiful inside and out. The landscaping adds to the natural beauty too. I was very impressed with the fact that they offer in unit washers and dryers. We went home and submitted an application and they have been attentively guiding us through the process every step of the way so far. I absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone looking.

They are paying people to write a review… these people are … something else.
1. Pest control. Like all the rats and mice.
2. Mold mold mold
3. The floor is warm to the touch. I asked them if this is a slab leak… oh no they said don’t worry.
4. Super high SDGE bill… like $1,100.00 a month. Brought to their attention… nothing.
5. Master shower is the size of a small camper shower… can’t shave my legs or wash my feet without bashing my head into the shower wall.
6. NO EXTERIOR INSULATION. Walls are warm to the touch or very cold to the touch. You will overheat in the summer.
7. The cabinetry is from the 70’s with new facings… the cabinets have mold and the cabinet doors fall off.
8. ZERO STORAGE- lived in a 3 bedroom 2 bath, bottom floor apartment.
9. For a 3 bedroom apartment, they provide you with the mini stackable washer and dryer… good luck washing a comforter.
10. Even neighbors have reported them to the city of LA MESA for the rat and mice infestation.
11. Total disrespect from the management team, god forbid something actually happens, you might get help. Yes Jamie I am referring to you.
12. Apartment flooded, had to threaten lawsuit to get the management team to come in a fix the place… still didn’t add insulation to the exterior walls and ā€œaired it outā€
13. HUGE MICE INFESTATION!! We caught 8 within a month. Neighbor had to deal with ROACHES. Another neighbor had a rat bite him in his sleep! When asked management for some type of assistance, I had to practically threaten lawsuit again.
14. We moved out, they are keeping our deposit and charging us $985.00 stating they needed to replace the carpet and had to have it cleaned.

Only thing this place has going is Jay who is the maintenance guy. This place is a dump I have lived here over five years recently just moved out. You want to live in a place infested with rats go for it. I love how I kept addressing the issues and nothing was done about it. I had asked to change units they had explained none was available. My response was really Craigslist says differently. It’s sad when I had to get the city of La Mesa along with San Diego involved plus the health department. The landlord wants to argue we can’t break a lease, California renters law says completely differently. I had to hit her with documentation from the state, be grateful we didn’t sue you for hazard living situation. The constantly have water leaks in the ceiling another issue in itself, pipes bursting in the bathroom wall being told it’s not mold. It is mold I do hvac for a living nice try, I know what mold looks like. The best part you have neighbors below me who recently moved in not following complex rules of parties also loud music at night. Landlord does nothing again when my three other neighbors have complained who also don’t live there any more. Gotta love letting choke heads live in the apartment who only stay on the weekends then go back to the house they own in Temucla durning the week. This used to be such a great place to live, sad it turned into such a dump

I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment at Park Grossmont, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The apartment I toured was incredibly well-designed, with a layout that maximized space and functionality. The location of the complex offers the perfect balance of urban convenience and suburban tranquility.

Jamie Ryan's knowledge and expertise were simply unparalleled. Not only was she well-versed in every aspect of the property, but she also had a wealth of information about the surrounding area, including local schools and attractions. Her passion for providing top-notch customer service was evident from the moment we met, and she went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. Jamie's professionalism and warmth truly made the experience memorable.

My apartment tour at Park Grossmont exceeded all of my expectations. The layout, location, and exceptional customer service provided by Jamie Ryan have solidified my decision. I am eagerly looking forward to my move-in this fall.

Unexpected knock on door Tuesday morning by plumbers saying there was a leak under the bathroom foundation ( NO notice from management!). The rest of that day was jackhammering through the concrete. The next three days consisted of 2 to 3 hour work days by two plumbers. The apartment began to stink and little flying bugs made their presence. Despite numerous calls to the office, management had no idea of when repairs would be done. They never showed up to see what "progress" was being made of which there was none. Every time I walked in the bathroom, they were talking, looking at the same leak and listening to music. After more calls and in person visits to the office, someone came out and finally realized nothing was being done. These plumbers were ripping the management off. They were told to cement the floor and leave. Of course, that night, the leak appeared in the kitchen flooding the apartment. The carpets and vinyl flooring were ruined. New ( real )plumbers came in, fixed the leak by end of day and new flooring installed. The repair took ten days and so much inconvenience, just to save a few bucks and use the low bidder plumber. Very poor judgement on the managements behalf. I don't know the name of the original plumbing company or I'd share it. I hope you don't go through what we did.
