I’ve lived here for about 7 months, and I’ve really enjoyed this place. I live on the bottom floor, which hasn’t been as bad as I’d thought. Yes I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around and the floor creaks, but I’ve only had to complain once about late night noise and it’s been resolved. The management here is super responsive and helpful. The maintenance crew is on top of everything and very polite. I feel really well taken care of here and safe. The complex is always clean and well kept. Having Flex as an option to automatically pay rent and split it into 2 payments per month while also building credit is an awesome perk. I recommend Park Place!

I lived at Park Place for about a year and would recommend it. It's gated, which is always nice for safety concerns, clean and my apartment at the back has pretty nice views of the green belt. I even saw a deer one day and my sister spent a few hours bird watching from the kitchen window when she visited. All things considered, it was pretty quiet too. I lived on the top/second floor so can't comment on what upstairs neighbors would sound like, and I did hear next-door now and then, but not enough to bother me, and it's about what you'd expect, to be honest. I've experienced worse while paying a lot more.
The appliances were all new and shiny. My apartment had the old carpet and counters in it, but I got to see a refurbished one and it looked great. I also only had to request maintenance a couple of times and each time they responded quickly and sorted everything - they were also really cool people too and gave me some good advice. The pool was nice during the summer too.

I had a rocky start with management and a few "miscommunications" when I moved in. But after that I only had good experiences with everyone in the office, especially Davia, who is very friendly and helpful (the offer to take my cat still stands), which made up for it. They were always there to answer any questions I had. Plus, like most places, they didn't try to nickel and dime me on the move out costs. They were very reasonable about it. Guest parking is outside of the main complex by the office, and there's always plenty of space. The same goes for inside. I paid for a covered spot but I probably didn't even need it.

Like any place, it's not going to be perfect, my apartment was very dark and didn't seem to have any lights aside from the kitchen and bathroom. The screening process was much stricter than what I'm used to too, and seemed a bit unreasonable. However, that's more to do with the screening company than Park Place themselves. They worked with me as much as they could to make sure I was approved.

Overall, for the price and the area, I don't know if you'll find better value. I enjoyed my times, didn't have any real issues, and I'd still be there if I didn't move into my partner's house. And who knows? I may even end up back there.

Park Place Apartments I had no issues with. Management/office staff changed hands a few times while we were there but didn’t affect us. Really quiet. Whenever we had maintenance issues they were taken care of quickly. Our move out process was easy and we weren’t scalped out of our deposit. I would come back to this property.

This apartment offers a great value for the price, providing spacious living spaces. The management is excellent. The manager is highly responsive, which adds to the overall positive experience of living here.

I moved into my apartment here a little over a year ago and I'm so happy with my decision to move in. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the office staff is always really helpful and friendly. I've only had one maintenance problem since I moved in and it was taken care of right away. The amenities here are great - the pool and the playground keep my kids plenty busy and I don't even have to leave the property after work to work out. My apartment is updated, spacious and it gets a lot of natural lighting. I also have a washer and dryer in my apartment - a huge plus when you have kids.

We love living here, it's so nice and quiet and the grounds are immaculate. Our apartment looked like brand new on the interior, new appliances new paint newer carpet. It's convenient to shopping and restaurants. Saane and Alvina were so helpful and couldn't be nicer. They were so helpful and made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend living here.

Park Place Apartments is a very beautiful place to live, I love living here. Nice quiet area, military friendly, and very safe gated Community. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Maintenance is awesome. Park Place is in a Great Area. Parking is never a problem and the overall apartments are well-kept and maintained. I do highly recommend park place apartments, its one of the nicer apartments surrounding the Tacoma and Fort Lewis Area.
