A perfect place for residents only. There is gym and game rooms for exercise and fun. There is also a swimming pool and playground. Not too many people here.

Completely unremarkable with a lack of identity. For a community center, I would expect some kind of sense of place, but its entirety is underutilized and just plain dull. As it is new at the time of posting, maybe it will come into its own with age and use.

That said, it does offer up a popular pool, an undersized gym, and facilities for different events and activities. So it is very functional if not inspiring.

Really good community. All neighbors have been great so far. Much more quiet than old house in LA County. Club house and pool are nice with lots of features. Well maintained and clean. A decent amount of community activities and special events.. My only wish is the pool area would be larger or have more pools for such a large community.

For the past 5 yrs, the same issues of landscaping and common area trash issues haven't been resolved and HOA dues keep increasing. Good things is there are many residents who want to keep our community safe and sound.

Love several small parks and two big (South & North) Celebration parks, but HOA's landscaping management is not working well for the residents.

Park Place is a wonderful place to live, but the landscaping for residents is just awful. I have complained so many times and nothing ever gets done. They cut down a tree and left the stump in my front yard. Everything is overgrown and looks so ugly. I have to pay to put in plans to re do the front yard and pay to have it re done. Which I wouldn’t have too if they would just do what they are supposed to do.

I love living in this community. We moved out of Los Angeles after having our first child and we don't regret it at all. As A homeowner I know many of the other homeowners, and they are really nice. The community event's are a great way to meet our neighbors and the staff from first services is very courteous and accommodating.
There are renters just like in any area of California, however not anywhere near other places. With the HOA and Mello Roos Tax it's not an ideal investment for investors seeking quick returns. Also ,the value of the homes although stable and increasing over time ,they will be a long time coming before they can turn around and make a good profit. They will be building homes in Ontario Ranch for the Next 10 years. If you are planning to raise a family and think long term it's really turning out to be a great place.

I love this community, the homes are gorgeous, Park Place has so many amenities, it feels like you're at a resort. I would've purchased here, but I can't stand the cow smell from the cow farms nearby. 😫

Very nice park place! Just hoping they’ll return back to their 24/7 gym soon :/ I can’t stand the constraint hours from 9am-6pm.
