Overall, excellent experience throughout the home buying process, including builder recommended mortgage loan. Special kudos to sales representatives, Kass and Renee. Julie from the design center. Trevor, Edgar, Jose - oversaw the build process. Amazing service by Trevor in preparing and annotating all the appliance manuals with their serial numbers for quicker registration for me. Wonderful service by the loan officer, Susie Wyngate (CMG Mortgage). Lastly, I’m very impressed by the craftsmanship and quality of the home by Davidon Homes! Great quality and the services they provided were outstanding !!! I very much highly recommend purchasing a home from Davidon. Large lots. The size of backyards is a dream coming true. The model home backyards were horribly decorated. This was the only lackluster area of displayed homes.

We bought our Davidon home at Park Ridge when they first opened with no model homes. The purchasing experience in addition to the loan process with there preferred lender (Susie Wingate) was professional from start to finish. Our home is amazing and was worth the wait. We haven’t had to call Customer Service for much, but on the one occasion that we did their attention to resolving our concern was exceptional and quick. Thank you Davidon Homes for building our beautiful home in a great community. Highly recommend them if you want to buy from a superior home builder. Your neighbor at Park Ridge.
