Having the peace of mind with owning a rental property has its stressful times especially during the pandemic. Thanks to Brittany and her staff I was able to focus on work and family and dealing those stressors knowing the property was in good hands. Getting updates on repairs and tenant resolutions in an expeditious manner. All the documents and legal paperwork I didn’t have to manage made it perfect. Highly recommended for those looking for someone to look after their rental property.

Being new to owning a rental property we had our worries and anxieties, but Brittany and her team helped ease the burden of that. Hearing about the horror stories and issues from tenants and nightmare scenario, repairs only added to the list of problems. Her team took care of all the issues while I was pregnant and had other things to worry about. I will definitely have them manage our next rental property as well.

It's disappointing to see how many bad reviews this company has. But I did notice they are from renters or would-be renters and not the property owners. Here is one from a person that owns a group of properties and loves the service they provide. If you're out of the area and need a property management company, ask for Desirae Kerby from this company!

I have a handful of my properties being managed by ParkShore property management. I initially had another company managing my properties and had difficulties with dealing with the property manager. This company has been a breath of fresh air to deal with. The manager Desirae is on everything. She communicates extremely well via email. She sends me photos, she actually checks the properties and I know she does because she sends me photos. I have many properties in various areas and this particular person has been exceptional.

I had to add an update as I have been working with them for a few years and Aaron is my point of contact. I live out of state and checked on the condition of my property to be pleasantly surprised by how great they have kept. The people they chose are of top quality. The communication back and forth has been exceptional. I'm impressed and would suggest other property owners to use this company, especially for out of state needs.

We have been renting from them for about a year and a half now, and we love it! Any maintenance that needs to be done is always done in a timely manner. Our rent is less expensive than comparable houses. Sandy has gone above and beyond for my family more than once! I would recommend her to anyone that's looking for a rental!

People should never go up there and rent from them. There's a few people up there mainly one who likes to bring people into an habitat living and doesn't want to give them their money try to play a game then rinse it to another person and just keeps on going and going by my opinion is this they need to get rid of Sandy sandy is bad individual for that place bottom line when you put someone in a rat-infested black mold in home they oughta make sure that they get their people straight but that one good luck none the less never ever ever go there it's all bad it's a rip-off from that lady maybe other ones there are good but that one is horrible and you guys are reading this from Park Shore properties do yourself a favor get rid of Sandy and if you guys don't believe me about my house come to my house over here in Poulsbo and you'll find out just how bad this place really is and this is the person that is representing you guys horrible decision on that

Poor experience. Would honestly loved to rent a nice house from this company. After I spent money and put my application in I had to inquire anything on it. They very rarely answer there phones and do not give you any updates. Don't spend the money just to be basically ignored. And yes I am fully qualified for the house, they just have very poor communication skills. I would rather take my business to a place that would at the least return a phone call.

Not that great, they want non-married couples to both earn 3 times the amount of the rental. That is honestly just discrimination. Also they seem to cause problems for landlords as well, removing potential clients and renters for this obscene reason.
