Ernesto and Kevin arrived at the scheduled time. They were courteous and friendly. They went right to work replacing the old damaged washer with a new one. Took care with removing and replacing the appliance. Double checked the washer was working properly before departing. I happened to mention the old caulking around the kitchen sink and when the washer job only needed one person, Ernesto fixed the sink then went right back to help Kevin. Jobs well done.

If you want to live with at times a belligerent homeless man at 1240 14th ave and not feel safe then this is your place to live. I called the number for the manager only to get a leasing department and told them of the situation and the girl was rude laughed and said she would have someone get back to me. Never heard from anybody kept calling only to get their voicemail. I even called the emergency number on a Saturday and no response. This has been going on for almost a year and they could care less about their neighbors or their tenants. They have a responsibility as an owner to work with tenants and neighbors to resolve the problem. They could easily put up fencing or gates of some kind to keep them out of the area still allowing the cars to park.
Since they don’t want to be workable, I’m now gonna be on the phone calling city agencies to see what can be done.

Safe, secure spot to live. For a UCSF contract employee, this is the perfect housing option. Close to many delicious restaurants and parks. Across the street from the best park in SF (golden gate). Many amenities that you don’t get in SF normally. Safe parking.

Their management is the poorest, the whole building went through leakage because of their fault, and my apt was effected, 48 hours after the emergency was over, they ran into my apt without notifying me while I was nt home, pull out all my personal belongings, and started the repairs and they didnt let me in to even collect my stuff.
After that they refused to answer my phone calls and emails, they dont have a physical address its basically like a scam.
Once in a 10-15 times call if they answer they just tell you will call you later we dont have answer now and some meaningless apology. There is no action. My apt is still under repair and I am still out of my place while writting this review.

Let me start by saying I'm paying over $3000 for a 1 bedroom. The apartment itself is great but there are lots of problems with the rest of the building and the management doesn't care.

We recently had a mice infestation for ~14 months, multiple notices from inspectors posted in the lobby, and the building refused to do anything about it. Some tenants just ended up moving out. They also recently had to do a parking audit because they somehow lost track of which parking spots belonged to whom, and if those owners even lived in the building anymore. A few months ago they accidentally deleted their entire database about which key fobs were associated with which units and everyone had to go down to their actual management office, which is not in the building itself but another property in the opposite corner of the city, Mission Bay, to get new fobs or have their fobs reassigned. Half the time the call box just doesn't connect, or when it does, the code to open the door doesn't work. Packages disappear from the lobby all the time, which I've brought to management's attention multiple times and they don't bother even trying to do anything about it. There's a different property manager working every time I talk to them, and they never know what's going on with the building. During the pandemic they somehow lost all the cushions for the patio furniture, and it's taking them more than 4 months to replace them. Cushions! It's not rocket science.

Edited: After having two key services (elevator and callbox) out of order for months, when I sent notice to terminate my lease they repeatedly lied and insisted I would have to pay over two months more rent to terminate than the lease required.

Incredibly deceptive management, had to threaten to terminate lease on occassions to get reasonable requests, and have repeatedly gaslit, delayed, and retracted consent for various items.
