Meaghan Wright helped us get into a 3 bed 2 bath recently. She was AMAZING and unrelenting in finding us a place to suited all of our needs and some of our wants even too. We really like it at Park 77. Construction feels solid, ceilings are super high which opens the space up, and the greenery is nice too. I would highly recommend asking for Meaghan if you are looking for a space at Park 77, or at one of the sister properties!

I lived there for almost 5 years. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE and they do NOTHING about it, even after being contacted twice by the health department. There’s garbage everywhere. I had a few packages delivered to the office (With the proof from shipping company) that mysteriously couldn’t be found IN THEIR OFFICE. My neighbor lived under an apt with dogs that would just let them pee on the balcony, right on to her patio, but maintenance was too busy to pressure wash it. The apartment interiors are cute and the rooms large. There’s only one dumpster for the whole complex. Most of the neighbors are nice and there’s lots of friendly dogs. There’s a little dog area, which is cool.

*Edit: I was told the application would take 3-5 days and that's how long it took. I was not told that our application wasn't filled out correctly, so that's news to me. I was basically told we couldn't live here because someone didn't answer their phone, they tried twice. Then did everything, all the additional steps for reconsideration and they never responded back or followed up. The place down the road took the exact same credentials, information, etc, and approved it in 2 days. They create such a rough process for completely qualified tenants.

Property staff was friendly. However, had to call and leave a message 3 times before I received an answer when wanting to tour an apartment. Also, fill out the application early, before even viewing if you are interested because it will take long (3-5 business days and not done over the weekend) and is VERY tedious. They don't only want all your history but they will call and get reference from every number on the application. If one person doesn't respond even, you're denied. Not a smooth or easy process moving in unfortunately. They don't want your money and it's apparent!

Lived here for about 2 years.
Pros: Great and helpful staff. Tons of kids. Good response time on maintenance issues. Units are nice but somewhat cheap building materials. Pool is nice and well maintained but gets very crowded.
Cons: Very close to Hwy 9 which gets surprisingly noisy. No one picks up after their dogs. W/D in unit is nice but you will do laundry almost every day if you have kids due to how inefficient they are. Parking is a joke and the free spots fill quickly, be sure to rent a space.

They are great in the office. Really willing to work with you with any issues you may have. Great amenities as well. Neighbors are not load either not super quiet but compared to alot of apartments not bad at all. Complex is only 2 years old so pretty modern inside.

A brand new building and equipped with modern appliances. Two things are maintenance people ignored to clean and sweep the front door area of the ground floor units—leaves and dust all over the place. Secondly, kids jumping and running around all day right above us and it can be disturbing especially after a long day at work. How could some parents pick a higher floor unit if you know you have children jumping/running around all day?

I really can't believe this apartment complex is still in business. After they treat a family that's homeless trying to get in there. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Leave in people hanging, tell one of them that they qualify, but then you tell them no go somewhere else.

Very poor management. Be careful of Williams Investments properties, they have a record of discriminating against people and double charging them rent. The regional manager Christina is very unprofessional along with her staff on various properties. If you feel your rights have been infringed please contact Human Rights Commission and report them.
