Parker Properties are the BEST landlords you could get. They are so quick to respond and truly care about their tenants. They were very sensitive with COVID and did only virtual tours as well. Overall, great landlords and even better people! Wish I could give them 10 stars.

I highly recommend renting through Parker Properties! They have been very accommodating throughout COVID with the move in process and doing virtual tours. Communication is so easy and they are very quick to respond. They keep in touch with their tenants throughout the year which is so nice! The apartments are very well kept up with nice appliances and amenities!

These are the most wonderful, kind landlords! They are very professional overall, such as during move in, showing tours, and communicating with us. Whenever we have had an issue or needed to contact them, they always responded right away! They also keep in touch throughout the year to make sure all is going well - really sweet. The apartments are really nice - recently updated appliances, new ceiling fans in bedrooms, and parking in the lot behind. It is also a quick walk to campus and downtown La Crosse, which is great!

I have lived at an apartment through Parker Properties for two years and have never had a problem. They are very responsive to their emails and are always willing to help you out when needed. The apartments are also nice and the common areas are cleaned regularly.

This is my first year subleasing through Parker Properties and I have had nothing but good experiences. The sublease process was quick and easy and I was able to do it right in the comfort of my own home. The 221 complex is kept very clean and it is also very secure. The landlords treat you like family.

If you are looking for a place to live off campus in La Crosse, highly recommend going through Parker Properties! They have been so welcoming and gracious and are willing to help with any problems we may have. Always respond in a timely manner and Brad and Jen always make their tenets feel appreciated.
