Legitimately the best buying experience I’ve had. I have bought two cars from Parker Subaru and each transaction has been supurb! I have purchased a brand new car and a certified preowned, both cars came with TWO oil changes on the company! Yes, even the used car I bought! Jesse and Dillan were both of my salesmen, I highly recommend both. You won’t be disappointed! Unlike other dealerships I did not feel pressured or persuade to buy a different car just for them to get a sale. They were very patient with me while I decided what vehicle I wanted. Lastly, everyone at the entire dealership had great customer service and were very welcoming. The coffee machine was a huge bonus too! Oh and my car is BA! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A great dealership with a great team. Our purchase experience was easy and seamless, our salesman (David Johnson) was amazing- showed us every option that fit what we described we wanted, and walked us through each vehicles differences and unique features.

We ended up going with a ‘25 Outback Wilderness and couldn’t be happier.

I can't speak to a standard transaction, but if you're out of state, I strongly recommend avoiding Parker Subaru. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and the experience was frustrating. Despite paying in full via a bank wire transfer, it took them days to even acknowledge that the vehicle was paid for. Even worse, it took nearly two months for them to send me the title.

The most troubling part of the transaction, however, was their dishonesty. When buying a car sight-unseen, trust in the seller is essential. They assured me the vehicle was in perfect physical condition and even conducted a virtual walk-around, which I initially thought was sufficient. However, when the car arrived, it was clear they had deliberately misrepresented its condition. The paint on all the accessories was peeling (see pictures)—an issue so obvious it could not have been overlooked. This wasn’t a minor oversight; it was a blatant act of dishonesty.

Additionally, there was a large nail embedded in one of the tires, causing it to leak air. This was evident when the vehicle was still on the delivery truck (see picture). It’s hard to believe they didn’t notice this, further underscoring their lack of transparency.

If they're willing to lie about such glaring physical defects to make a sale, I shudder to think what they might hide from customers regarding mechanical or less visible issues. Proceed with extreme caution.

My family has gone to Parker for a lot of our cars and it was finally my time to purchase a car and I’m so happy I went with them. They were so kind and accommodating when it came to requests. I never felt any pressure and was reassured by everyone I met. My Uncle was there to help me and they were very respectful to him as well and listened to his thoughts and concerns.
