We had issues with our front door, and the maintenance man John was very patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to assess what was wrong with our door and explained to us what he was going to do to fix it. He did an excellent job! We would give him 10 stars if we could, that’s how great of a person he is! Thank you so much John, we appreciate ya!

Mixed review. The area I live in is quiet and has always felt safe. Most of the maintenance crew are fast and efficient. All of them have always been respectful. Unfortunately, with the exception of a couple of women, the office can use some work. I always walk out wondering if they intentionally train them to be abrasive and rude. There is definitely a lack of courtesy and friendliness.

This was my first time applying to The Parks, and I have to say, the experience was made so much smoother thanks to Amy Yancey. She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Any time my wife and I had questions, Amy was quick to provide clear and detailed answers, making us feel confident and well-informed. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made a potentially stressful process so much easier.

I’ll admit, I made a few mistakes along the way, but Amy was always there to assist me promptly and without hesitation, ensuring everything was sorted out quickly. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and left a lasting impression on us.

He was incredibly quick at identifying the issue and resolved it before I even realized it. The same problem had been recurring, and no one else could figure out the cause, but John’s expertise was clearly evident.

The lock on my sliding glass door broke while I was closing the door. I reported it on the portal. With in an hour John showed up and helped me brace the door to keep it locked for the night. He came back first thing in the morning and fixed the lock. He was very professional and helpful and a really nice guy. Thank you John.

My wife and I have lived here in The Parks for some time and we have had some not-so-great experiences in the past when it comes to maintenance jobs. John was by far the friendliest, most professional, courteous, and all around most enjoyable experience we've had when it comes to maintenance staff. He called ahead of time, made sure everything worked properly before leaving, and even asked if there were any additional tasks that we were concerned with. If you are so inclined, ask for John to help with any maintenance work orders. He will take care of you. Thanks again John!

This review does not reflect the parks in general, but specifically Andrew in maintenance, who finally realized we need a new fridge. Andrew did his due diligence by trying to fix a persistent problem, but soon realized it was time for a change. He got us a fridge ordered and it has been delivered. Thanks Andrew! Now we just need the rest of these failing and outdated appliances replaced.
