Rented a low income apt before new management came along they told me my rent would go up maybe a dollar every year. New management came and it went up $200. Never responded to maintenance requests and when I moved out they charged me for it. Also charged me for blinds when in my original lease said that I wouldn’t be charged. They charged for new carpet because it was so stained and gross even though I carpet cleaned and scrubbed them before I left. DONT RENT HERE

They never fixed anything that I claimed from my move in, then took my security deposit for the things that I complained about initially, 3 years earlier!

this place makes it mandatory to declaw your cats! that's insane!
