The epitome of trailer trash with a nose job. Power goes in and out regularly in 100+ weather, residents are forced to use generators in close quarters to one another sending several people into the hospital due to cabon monoxide poisoning. Owner refuses to reimburse tenants for anything and has not fixed the power issue to the ENTIRE PARK. If you go on YouTube and type in the park name you can find the owner bragging about flipping the park from a 1 million dollar park to a 3 million dollar park while keeping his residents happy. I wish i could give negative stars. Google forced me to give 1 star. #SLUMLORD

This community finally got cleaned up. I can say it is now a comfortable place to raise kids , if you are a senior citizen this is a great place for you ❤️😊. Every one's eyes 👀 is on you.. Thanks to the new manager and her husband. They are very helpful and they make sure you're safe and comfortable. FIVE STAR , Miss Cheryl
