Since I’ve moved in. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services. The staff are friendly and helpful… Raquel was so kind. She took me on a tour of the property. Leah is so Amazing, she helped finalized my move in. Answered all of my questions and address any of my concerns. Cody is very informative. He’s always treated me with respect and kindness. I love the events the staff host for the community. Very kid friendly. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs or servicing the plumbing maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that everything is working properly. All my neighbors are nice too. I loving it here.

If you like a 10% hike in your rent EVERY year this is the place for you. And don't try and suck up to my review because you know you never have time to talk to residents little boy! Almost forgot about Water,Sewage, Trash, Parking and renters insurance is not included in your monthly rental agreement and electricity. ENJOY 😉

Had the best experience at this apartment complex. My fiancé and I had been struggling to find an apartment that was in our price range, clean, and good reviews with available units. We were about to give up when we came across the Parkways Club apartments. The grounds were clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful and they offered some desirable amenities. Everything from two swimming pools, renovated grill areas, as well as a brand new Gym! They are also pet friendly and have two very welcoming dog park areas, which was perfect for us and my fiancés fur baby. Luckily we were able to find a fully renovated available unit with all of the things we were looking for. Once we decided to move forward with the apartment Dickerson made the application process easy and enjoyable. He walked us through the process and made sure to always be available whenever we had any questions. We were thrilled when we got the news we were approved! We are both very excited to move in and hope our experience living here will be just as pleasant as the walkthrough and application process. Thank you Dickerson for all your help and hard work!

Well it was actually my 4th request on the matter. I had put in an emergency maintenance request because my freezer stopped working. I did it through the voicemail system and no one ever came out until I spoke with Christina in the office, for the first time. Manny came out that same exact day! I’m very pleased with how well Manny and Christina worked together to replace my whole refrigerator!

All of the staff have treated me and my dog with kindness and respect, and Leah has been very sweet, helpful and attentive to any concerns or needs ive had so far. She is very sweet and always carries a smile! Makes me feel comfortable with bringing up any issues in the future if they come about.
