We've had them as our property managers for years. They are very efficient, kind, fair and responsive. For the amount of properties they cover, I think they are excellent. Best we've ever had.

I only gave two stars because they seem to occasionally have some nice listings. However they don't seem to care at all about renting them to the best tenants, and refuse to work outside of Mon-Fri 9-5 hours. When people work full time jobs, in offices that may not be in the same area as the rental, it's not possible to leave in the middle of the day for several hours. I have never seen a rental company refuse to do weekend viewings before this and it's really disappointing that they don't care to work out a solution with potential tenants.
