If I could give twice the stars, I would in a heartbeat! Patricia went above and beyond on every single part of our experience. We recently had the pleasure of working with Patricia as our realtor to sell our house in Wasilla, Alaska. She was not just our third realtor but also our final one, and we cannot express enough how grateful we are to have found her.
Our real estate journey started with a couple of other realtors who, unfortunately, weren't as helpful as we had hoped. The first realtor we engaged with initially painted a rosy picture of our property, assuring us it would sell quickly. However, as soon as an issue arose with the septic system, he seemed to abandon ship and referred us to a colleague closer to the property. Unfortunately, we didn't feel a strong connection with this second realtor, so we decided to continue our search for the right fit.
That's when we were fortunate enough to find Patricia. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, making it clear that she was dedicated to our needs. Patricia promptly met with me and my parents, and it didn't take long for us to realize she was the right person for the job. ust wanted to take a few minutes to tell everyone about my experiences with my Real Estate Agent, Patricia O'Neil.
As a person that has endured 10 military moves in 20 years and 5 PCS moves as a Government civilian, I have worked with many Real Estate Agents and Patricia O’Neil is by far the best Agent I have ever worked with. She is everything you would look for in an agent. Extremely professional, always keeping the clients interests in the forefront. She truly cares about her clients, not just on the professional level, but also the personal level as well. Additionally, as a selling agent she shows properties you want to see, not trying to force feed you her own listings. She really impressed me with the property I purchased, 98% of the processes/work was accomplished while I was stationed in Korea. She is the Real Estate Agent you really need as a purchaser.
As a seller, I decided to go with Patricia based off my prior experience, such a wise decision. Like 2 years earlier, personal and professional. She took the time to assist me in preparing my property for listing which I really needed as a Disabled Veteran with a heart condition. She really poured her heart and soul into my property, which paid high dividends. My house was on the market less than 24 hours with a firm offer, 3 times higher than I was expecting. This was all because of the work she done. Additionally, she was able to get everything done, including closing while I was overseas. What an amazing person.
