I can't exactly put into words how much Pat has helped us out with our first time home buying experience. To say that we've won the realtor lottery is an understatement. We never had an issue with communication nor scheduling. He always made sure to check in with us so we were always on the same page. He definitely steered us away from homes that just wouldn't work for our family when I tried to pick something to get us into a new home before our baby arrived in less than 3 months. He used his knowledge to point I out any possible repairs needed for homes we looked at so we could factor that into our decision. From the time we asked Pat to put in an offer for us to the time we closed on our home, it was less than a month!!! I bet you won't find another realtor as dedicated to you as he is!

Patrick was such an informative and great resource when shopping for our house. He made sure to show us as many houses as we needed that were in our budget and made sure we didn't compromise on what we ultimately needed in a house. He also got us a strong offer on the sale of our house. I can't recommend him enough. He was amazing to work with during this whole process.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and we couldn’t have chosen a better realtor to represent us than Pat. He was so helpful and patient from the start! Guided us through the pre-approval process with great recommendations for lenders, showed us several great homes within our price range without trying to overextend our budget, was honest and upfront when a home would’ve been a money sieve, etc. He certainly looks out for his clients rather than prioritizing the sale. Pat is a great guy and we will definitely be using him again on our next home purchase.
