We can't say enough about Patty and how she helped us buy our dream home! From day one when we met her, she was very excited to help us find the perfect home. She was extremely patient with us as we wanted to look at many homes around Oceanside. On a couple of occasions, she even took us to view houses late in the evening as that was the only time we could make it after work.

After many, many viewings, we finally decided on one house. Throughout the negotiation process, Patty was a great liaison between us and the seller. We even ran into a roadblock with finding home insurance, but Patty was able to provide us one of her contacts who was able to help us through it.

Patty is extremely knowledgeable with the real estate process, as well as the Oceanside area. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will be on your side and help you find your perfect place!

If I could give patty and her team 10 stars I would. Patty treats every client like they are family. She helped us sell a condo which sold immediately and guided us through finding the home that was right for us. Let me tell you home buying in 2024 was rough because of prices and availability.
