Completely unprofessional. All tenant vehicles where towed from the parking lot Calvo group advised is to park in. Calvo Group and Candice refuse to answer our calls or return our voicemails. Complete trash. The Emergency number is also neglected. No one to answer. The police are informing us that Calvo Group is liable for the impound fees. Now with having to park on the street my car was broken into. Still no response from Cali group. Considersing taking legal action. Worst experience ive ever heard of.

This place is a total chaos the Mgr is totally disrespectful comes in on my apt while I'm on the shower never fixed anything in my house for 3 yrs and lately she ask me to move to her apt cause she says she wanted my apt for my patio I told her as longest they dont change my rent oh no the was war for her Margie has come in on my house while I'm not in my house just to be noisy not because she cares other wise in 3 yrs she would it notice I didn't have smocks detectors supposobly she wanted to inspect my house and enter on my room with a 24hrs notice well I come home at 12midnight I didn't pay attention of no notice comes and change the lock of my room something the police officer who came today on 05/08/2018 at 2pm say the was odd I told him I know. Not only that she went to my mailbox and left a note returning all my mail back, the note say ( Dont leave any mai on mail box with a happy face that's a federal offense of imprisonment for 3yrs or 250000 to get out I told Loretta I wanted to leave my paper from my doctors saying my puppy was a emotional support dog she didn't allow me to leave my papers with the 2 assistant at the office on west covina last yr I took disability for 2 months for distress and again this company with those 2 negligent women I'm not feeling well at my job or performance I even feel like getting a stroke of the abuse they do they like to live notes of coming to see my room but when there's no hot water for 2 weeks because they hired unprofessional people to paid cheap they dont give notice or when the dog from Margie bite a tenant was ok is allot delinquency in the way this person humiliates tenants I dont want her close to me or my house I'm afraid she is a person that is not happy with herself and wants everyone to be miserable as much she feels. She has say that people in here are low class oh well shes one of them other wise she will be on Beverly Hills
By the way I have live here for 11 yrs and never had a problem with nobody until this women started harrasing me for my apt if she wants to go to court to real prove we are welcome I have proof of all my doctors apts st Kaiser permanent she is evil and stop talking about religion she has nothing at all but ugliness.

Everyone in mgmt lies. They do nothing to keep apts up and want to charge outrage rent. The front apts are nice but then you go to the back its trash. I trust no one.
