Keri was amazing!!! She made our purchase seamless. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property we were purchasing and the surrounding area (new to us). She was able to answer any questions we had and contacted the seller if there was something she didn’t know. Her communication was outstanding and she was a pleasure to deal with. If we purchase or sell another property we are definitely going to cal Keri.

Keri was terrific. We wanted to move to New England but hadn't even narrowed that down to a state. And our wants and needs in our next home seemed pretty scattered to a stranger. But she patiently worked with us to identify communities and properties that would work for us and saw us to the finish line in our dream home. She gave us terrific guidance throughout the process; a lot of things are different in Vermont from where we were moving from (Pennsylvania), and she made sure we avoided missteps. I would gladly recommend Keri and work with her again (but I hope we never move again!).

When the time came for us to sell our home; we asked Kerri to represent us. We wanted someone we could trust and properly represent us, as well as our property. Setting a proper price at the time of selling is very important and you would do well to heed her advice. We sold our home in just five days after being put on the market with multiple offers: all over asking price. Keri Poquette quite patiently took me to see many houses, clearly understanding what I was looking for, understanding my family's needs. I have worked twice with Renee. First she found my father and my happiest place to buy, then when the time came for me to sell it, there was no doubt that I would be using Renee again to sell it for me. She is a high quality realtor who goes above and beyond what a realtor usually does. We would have conversations at night when most just won't answer. She is thorough and honest. I would recommend this lovely woman to be anyone's realtor. My belief is you will not find any one more experienced or caring.
