Megan Mayo was the best agent I've worked with. PAULL ASSOCIATES sure has a great asset in her.
We purchased a home in Wheeling WV from out of state. Megan was our eyes and ears during this process. She is very prompt to reply to any requests. In the Ohio Valley not many real estate offices you can trust. This is by far the best option for real estate buying or selling. Jayla Robinson sold a house for me. The photos she displayed of the house came out perfect. The entire process turned out easy and efficient.

One of their real estate agents Luke Saseen recently purchased our home from our previous landlord and told us if we didn't sign his new lease we wouldn't get our deposit back from our previous landlord from 20 years prior. See contracts don't transfer to new owners yet he obtained our money illegally and then threatened us with it. At which time he raised our rent by $200 without making any repairs to the property and 4 months later our chimney fell through the roof and windshield of our car. Weeks have gone by and he still hasn't returned our call. Guess its time to get a lawyer.
