This is a great place, beautiful, clean, quite and very convenient. You are a minute away from Albertson five minutes from AE Wright middle school and 15 minutes from Pepperdine college and Malibu beach.
Holly and Dana are amazing, they are very nice and helpful, not mentioning Gilberto who can fix anything you need right when you place a maintenance order. We are so happy here.

I've had a wonderful experience at Paxton. My experience touring and finding out more about living here was facilitated by Holly and Dana, who were both incredibly helpful and kind. While living here, everyone has been super communicative and they make sure any issues get resolved quickly. It's also an added bonus that the owners like gardening because there are always beautiful flowers blooming.

I couldn't be anymore grateful for the community at Paxton. Living here for the past few years, we can truly call this our home. The peace and comfort of the environment is elevated by the outstanding support that we've received from the management team over the years. Our application process was seamless and we had a warm welcome to our home with a gift basket and sweet note. Over the years, management has changed and sometimes that can affect tenants' experiences. I can honestly say our current management team has been the best thus far. Holly and Dana came in with hardhats ready to get to work. They've been personable, attentive, kind, understanding, and respectful. They hold everyone at this community to a standard to keep the community in order. Their communication is exactly what any tenant wants - always a phone call or email away. Not only are they always on top of any questions or concerns, they are proactive with initiatives around the community making us feel reassured. Gilberto and the maintenance staff are also outstanding. Maintenance requests are seamless and are attended to within a day. We're always amazed to see all the work he and his team are doing on multiple units around the community. All in all, I have so much appreciation for Paxton, the team, and community. Thank you!!

My wife and I have been here a few years, and we're extremely grateful to have found Paxton Calabasas. Aside from the obvious luxury amenities, well-kept grounds, etc., the real standout has been the property caretakers... most notably Holly, Dana, and Gilberto.
As head property manager, Holly really knows how to run a tight ship with grace and poise. She's always there to hear our questions or concerns, and is ALWAYS looking for ways to make the living experience better for the residents. It's all in the details, and Holly is all about the details. Let's just say that we're extremely lucky to have her.
Dana is a joy to be around. Kind, caring, thoughtful, and always available to chat with the residents for anything. Together her and Holly are a great team.
And last but not least, Gilberto... the maintenance man who is capable of just about any job, no matter what the situation. From being a certified electrician, to plumbing, carpentry, and you name it, having Gilberto always on the property is truly comforting... and his staff of maintenance workers are all equally kind, friendly, and skilled.
A great staff is KEY to a great living experience, and it's safe to say that these three champions make living here a memorable, stress-free, and standout experience... What more can we say? Big thanks to Holly, Dana, and Gilberto for making Paxton Calabasas a great place to live!

The Paxton is a wonderful community to live in, the townhomes are beautiful and incredibly well managed. Holly and Dana on the management team truly go above and beyond for their tenants. They are attentive, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. They really take the time to understand my needs and preferences, answer all my questions with patience and expertise, and make the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Their warm personalities and genuine care for residents truly set Paxton Calabasas apart.

Now, let's talk about maintenance manager Gilberto. This man is a wizard when it comes to keeping the community running smoothly!
