I truly cannot say enough about this team. We used Payton + Binnings for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our dream home (which we wouldn't have even looked at had they not gone to the brokers open and sent us videos!). For both deals, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, transparency and support. For the sale of our previous home Sejal truly went above and beyond for us, navigating a multi offer situation and always being reachable via a phone call or a text update. On top of all of that, they are just wonderful human beings and a joy to work with. Cannot recommend them enough.

Highly recommend working with Sejal. Before choosing her, we interviewed almost 10 other agents and none of them felt quite right. Some agents just tell you what you want to hear, some want to pressure you into finding a place quickly. Sejal was the perfect balance of being straight forward and patient with us as first time home buyers in SF. I know she has many clients, but she made us feel like we were her only client. We benefited from her relationships with other agents and always felt like we had a good idea of what we needed to bid to be competitive. Sejal never pressured us to bid over what we were comfortable with and was always making sure we only considered houses at prices that would be a good financial investment.
