Ashleigh was absolutely awesome to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way and was down to earth and honest about expectations. She truly was happy to help and it never felt like she was pressuring or annoyed with us at any point like some realtors do. I don't know how she did it but we always felt like she bent over backwards and pulled miracles for schedule conflicts and constraints.

Most notably, after I got off the phone with the staging professional I had a mini meltdown about how much needed to happen in 5 hours before our house was going to be shown. Here comes Ashleigh and her husband to help us clean and pack our house for HOURS on their days off! We couldn't have done that day without them and their guidance and reassurance along the way. There may not be words to give Ashleigh the amount of praise she deserves for our transaction. I reached out to Ashleigh for property management guidance regarding a tenant who stopped paying rent in my rental property. She gave all the advice and sympathy she could and recommended we meet with a lawyer. There were many times the eviction process required someone to physically go to the home, check on the property, handle paperwork, etc. and my husband and I live out of state. Ashleigh (without payment for her time and gas to do this) was willing to help me each time and really was the only hands on person since we could not physically be there. After the eviction was complete, the tenant left all belongings in the home which needed to be removed. Ashleigh and her husband spent their entire Saturday physically moving furniture, cleaning, making repairs, and much much more. We then decided to sell the property and Ashleigh had the home cleaned, staged, photos, and ready to sell within one week. She held multiple open houses for us, reached out to her data base multiple times, advertised the listing, and worked hard to find the right buyer. She had impeccable negotiation skills throughout the sale. She willingly completed a multitude of tasks for me outside of her typical job duties in order to prepare the home for sale and closing. My husband and I truly were as hands off as could be and she relieved huge weights that would’ve been on our shoulders. THANK YOU for being the biggest blessing ever.
