Working with Pearson Smith Property Management has been such a carefree and enjoyable process. The management team was immediately responsive to all my concerns during the home listing phase. I am giving a review from a Realtor perspective. I worked with Patty on a recent transaction. What sets her apart from other property management companies is that she is responsive, helpful, and kind. Over the years I have worked with more than a dozen property management companies and I can say without hesitation that all of them are hard to get in touch with, and most of them have been short with me. I have been renting in Cottage St SW in Vienna, Virginia for 2 years. During this time, I have been paying a lot since I moved here. The garden is not cleaned, the patio is dirty, the laundry is dirty, and the closet is broken. Each time I call for maintenance, they charge me. In the first month, the website was not working, but I still paid my rent. However, the payment did not go through, and they charged me extra. This is the kind of service I have experienced in this place with this company. Furthermore, the toilets are not working properly. Now, they have raised the rent by $350, and I still have to pay for the garden. I paid to feel happy, but I am unhappy with this company.

Patty and her team found us renters quickly and at our asking price. We had multiple offers, but her team did the research on the financial stability of each applicant and helped us make the right choice. This has been our first experience renting our place out and we moved out of state so we knew we were going to need help from a property management company.
