I have actually lived here at Pebble Creek Apartments since 2010. First and foremost I feel safe here. Have not had any problems with suspicious people soliciting, no criminal behavior from tenants or visitors. Being a relatively small complex and enclosed, everyone pretty much knows and is familiar with who lives here. Maintenance is well trained and kind. During the first outbreak of Covid, the ownership and office staff worked with those tenants that were laid off from work and had to survive on stimulus checks etc.so they could remain living here. I am glad to be here .

I made an appointment online. Received multiple text confirmations including the day of. I arrived 5 mins early for my appointment and waited thirty minutes outside the leasing office door for no one to show up. They had a be back soon sign posted on the door. I’m really appalled at the lack of professionalism and disregard for peoples time and $. I drove from the other side of town. What a waste of time.

We are very satisfied with our move to the Pebble Creek Community. I checked out the available unit about 3-4 weds before the move-in date and the property manager Julia showed me around and answered all my questions. We agreed on a monthly-rent verbally and within a week I placed a hold on the apartment. Because there was a deal going on and Julia had given us a special deal the quote and the verbal agreement didn't match but she went above and beyond after signing to adjust the amount and honor her agreement. Both Julia and Tina are very responsive to requests and assist you with whatever you may need to fix your problem. We can only base this review off of a few weeks of living here but so far it's been wonderful. What people should be aware of before moving here is perhaps the noise level. It is a diverse community across the board, due to the spa and grill area there may be children, evening dinner parties and pets audible. On Pebble Creek's website you can create a profile to join clubs to connect with this community. 1-bedroom apartments have the option to do their laundry on site next to the spa. It's a user-friendly system to utilize either with the high-tech app option or with quarters. Parking has been very easy for me since move-in. We have 2 cars and Pebble Creek provides you with 1 car port. I was even able to park in the same spot for 5 consecutive days one week.
The mailboxes are located toward the entrance of the complex and twice we've received mail that was dropped right at our door which was very convenient but we were told that should anything bigger come it could also be dropped off at the Resident office.
5 stars are more than justified for our experience we've had so far at Pebble Creek.

Right at the start our first experience with pebble creek was great! Julia in the office was super friendly n extremely helpful. She spent a lot of time with us helping us through the process of getting approved. My mom’s experience with Tina & Victor (maintenance) was awesome as well. Super friendly & timely response to fix-it requests. We are very happy to be here.

There is a consistent odor/ smoke smells like burning the trash for over 10 hours per day and I cannot even open the window recently. My wife is pregnant and we are really worried about the toxic air pollution around.

We moved in a few weeks ago, but we can't stay at our own apartment because tenants' overwhelming stench of weed and cigarette smoke is suffocating us both inside and outside. Management has been approached regarding the issue on multiple occasions, but will not enforce anti-smoking policies beyond a written warning. Management doesn't care who their tenants are, so long as they make rent. If you want to get ripped off for a dumpy place with terrible management practices, this is the place for you.

Easy to complete application online and quick turnaround of approval/non-approval status. Very nice staff and easy to work with. The apartments are in great shape and very clean. Overall a great experience!
