Pros:

Great location! Move-in was easy. The maintenance is quick and awesome, and the management was nice and friendly too.

Great place to stay if you like hiking, or trail walks, or even to walk your dog (dog park really close). It is also at a walking distance from the downtown, but away from the craziness of the city.

Cons:
The Gym is not the best but has basic equipments.

The building is a bit older than the apartments near. But the renovated units feel new and fresh. I never had any inconvenience at this place during my past week of residency.

Summary:
Overall I would give it 5 stars for its maintenance, location and the management (as these are my priority). I will keep you guys updated if something pops up.

Angelo has been especially helpful! I had problems with my washer and he had taken care of it promptly. In general, all of my maintenance issues and such have been resolved quickly and I’ve never felt ignored.

Angelo was there quickly to resolve a maintenance issue upon move-in. He says he and his small team try to have all maintenance requests completed within 24hrs. This is much appreciated after coming from apartments with a lower service quality.

We just moved in a couple of days back and had a plumbing issue. Angelo was very quick to respond, visited us within 5 minutes of raising the request. The quality of the work was outstanding. He tackled the problem efficiently and effectively, ensuring everything was fixed to the highest standard. Not only did he resolve my plumbing issues, but also offered helpful tips for maintenance to prevent future problems and addressed a few other unrelated maintenance issues. I really appreciate the work!
