Pema is the best! She, her partner Ace, and the rest of the team at Dream Catch are extremely knowledgable, supportive, thorough, attentive, organized, and just super nice. Being first time home buyers we had a lot to learn, and she was there every step of the way to answer questions, give advice, or get answers. Plus, she grew up here, so she has a deep understanding of our unique and wonderful central coast and the market here. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Moving to a new area is difficult on its own but finding a supportive and knowledgable real estate agent in a sea of them is also a difficult task. Pema was very helpful, calm and always looked out for our best interests! Like most real estate transactions there were bumps on the road but Pema was there to smooth them out! Pema guided us through so many details for our first time home purchase. We had alot of questions and concerns but she always assured us and helped us feel secure about our decision.
Her kind and calm demeanor was a huge asset for assuring us every step of the way. She is supportive, very honest and extremely knowledgable of home structures. While we were in contract, Pema and her business partner Ace helped us deal with the listing agent all the way through by managing the listing agent's awful conduct who became very unprofessional during our contract period. Pema and Ace handled all conversations/litigations for us so we could be as stress free as possible. Pema came through even after the sale to assist with a dump load after the listing agent failed to follow through with toxic chemical clean up. I highly recommend Dream Catch Properties for anyone who wishes to have caring and promptly responsive realtors.
