We can’t say enough great things about our experience with Cody Abbott! We worked with Cody for almost a year to find the ‘right’ property. Cody was always willing to go the extra mile. We are not sure how many properties we hiked, up hills (sometimes mountains), through the trees and brush, through sun and rain and snow! Even when we were ready to give up, Cody did not give up. Cody is the reason we found our ‘forever home’ property. We had given up, but he kept looking. It was an evening phone call saying, ‘I think I found the one’, that brought us to ultimately finding and purchasing the land we are now building our forever home on.

He is organized, professional, knowledgeable about the area, and was able to guide us through the offer and escrow process without any issues. On top of all of that, he was very easy to work with.

We first met Cody last summer when we traveled from out of state to North Idaho house hunting. Initially we were not sure exactly what we were looking for. Prior to our arrival Cody set up numerous house visits over a two day period, in a variety of areas. He then prepared a notebook with info on each house we’d be looking at. This allowed us to hit the ground running and keep good notes on each place. As we started to zero in on what we were really looking for, Cody adjusted on the fly, canceling some visits and adding others.
