Houses are leaking. Mold everywhere not just windows no matter how much you clean or have heater on. Its all about money with these guys. And also to Top it off good luck with parking cause there isn't ever any. Update!!!! Please if you live in housing don't accept a raise at work because you will be homeless if you do. 13 yrs of paying on time being a good resident and law abiding people a raise is gonna leave us homeless. Awesome

It looks like the consensus is nobody likes this place. They don't do anything for you no matter if you live in one of their buildings or if you live somewhere else.
It doesn't matter what problems you have where you live they don't care. When you go to them for help they just say well there's nothing really we can do about it talk to your landlord. But the landlord is always friends with the persons who are harassing you or causing the problem.

There might be two or three people who actually

And they do play the card where they are on the landlord side they always side with that

When you ask for help all you get is a negative reply well we don't handle that you can't do that you can't do this can't do that. It's a joke.

Their website is so outdated it's ridiculous. I've gone to other housing authorities website different counties in Washington state they're nice they're updated they have good information good places for resources let you know what's going on in your community. This website has the same look the same information

They overestimate your income. They threaten to raise your rent if you don't keep quiet about it. The executive director refused to give me her superiors contact information. Apparently she runs the whole program for the entire nation and has no boss.
Everyone knows you can't judge tone off of email but once I called them out on threatening to raise my rent, they accused me of threatening them.
I will be reaching out to the Inspector General I've already started the process!

I have lived here for 6 months.... And this is the worst place i have ever lived at the neighbors dont even respect each others Peace... Having to listen to it for 12 to 14 hours A day is out of Control, and when i file A complaint at the office or call the police. They say its not breaking there rules in housing when they have kids running across the metal porches and down and up stairs, slamming doors like no ones business, and having someone above you stomping on your ceiling so i would rather be on the streets if i have to deal with this every day and this is all i have to say

Very unfair with my exwife in how they took the landlord side over hers and did not even take the time to see if there was a miss understanding I would like to see the case reopened and looked over again. And some talking would be a good starter very poor will take the landlord side over yours
