Lived there for 7 years absolutely a dump the staff in the office act like your bothering them when asked a question the maintance men act like cops and stick tickets on your car windows.one morning I was scraping the frost off my front windows when an office lady came and told Me I can't do that it's a form of working on your car. I said but I can't see she said do it again and I'll doc your rent I couldn't believe it no help and now she's threatening me.. almost every apartment has fleas and if not it will because of all the pets. And then they will charge you for the exterminator to come in. I had no pets in my apartment so how is it do I have fleas they charged me 2500 anywase said it wasn't there problem . And the neighbors are mostly drug addicts that let there baby's run around the facility with nothing but a diaper on.. do yourself a huge favor look elsewhere.

The manager is extremely rude and arrogant, the pool is basically as if it didn’t exist on the hottest days the pool is always closed, this is not a good place for people with kids, the kids are barely aloud to even step foot outside. There are way too many unnecessary rules, but things that actually need fixing are not given any attention, for example the laundry rooms are horrible and very little compared to the amount of residents, the trash bins are absolutely disgusting.

They have nice pool and ambiance. But when it comes to the unit esp if you are renting 1st floor you can hear all single footsteps from the renters above you, their tv and when they are talking, footstep of the dog, stairs. Tight assigned parking space and no parking for your 2nd car. If the management tells you they are going to throw your staff in terrace, they will actually do that.

So glad we moved out. Don’t recommend living here. And we have lived in different apartments for 6 years and we saw it all and we understand everything and compromise a lot of things but this one was ridiculous.

First of all - MOLD problems!!! Mold is dangerous if inhaled especially by kids and people with weak immune. And you can try everything to not to get it ( open windows everyday, not putting things along the wall) but it doesn’t help - the buildings are old and the management doesn’t provide proper mold prevention program so you will have to deal with it yourself. And it grows so fast. Yikes!!!

Doing laundry is ridiculous- have to go all the way down the stairs and then walk to laundry rooms and hope you are lucky to have some available, most of the time machines are broken or under maintenance or they eat up your coins or they just don’t do the washing or drying properly so have to redo it.

THERE are stairs everywhere, definitely not accessible by any means. It is hard even for a strong male to carry groceries to your apartment.
If you have strollers or bike - can not keep it outside anywhere, so have to carry it through stairs everytime until your back hurt then you just give up and have to not use it or put it in a trunk.

Management is OK. They just do their job nothing special. Sometimes worse sometimes better.

Just save yourself time and go to better place, with the elevators, better laundry, not moldy, kid friendly, caring management.

Management is not considerate in spite of covid. They force you to pay in cashier's check if you reached 2 insufficient fund check, even if you already paid the rents and the associated fees and even if you are already up to date in payment, you will continue to pay with cashier's check until they told you you can pay personal check. The management do not care even if you incur additional expenses, such as the fee for getting cashier's check.

No parking in the area. If you have a second car, you mightWant to set aside some money to recover Your towed car. Administration doesn’t enforce illegal parking in the building and lost control over the amount of permits given to residents that libel with several roommates.

New constructions in the area is only making the matter worst.

If you have 1 car, this place may work for you. If you have 2 cars, then look elsewhere.

The people working in the office are very rude, they don't help solve a question, they just say it's not my problem.
