As new tenants we have had an excellent experience so far working with Penmar Management. Leticia Ramos has gone above and beyond to ensure that both our application process and move-in process ran smoothly and quickly. Her communication and customer service has been fantastic as she has cared for our concerns with urgency. Any issues with our unit were tended to within the first week. Thank you Penmar! We are very happy and would recommend this company to anyone searching for a home to rent.

My roommate and I had been looking for a two bedroom apartment for at least a month with no success. Many know the struggle to find a place on a deadline. We finally found a two bedroom and two garage townhouse through Penmar Management and had the pleasure of working with Yvonne Vasquez throughout the application process. She’s was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She made the application process very easy and worked with us from the beginning until we received the keys! We’re grateful to have found this place and Penmar for working with us so quickly.

I was looking for an apartment but I was not in a hurry. When I liked one in Gardena, it’s a quiet place that give you peace, and feels like home, even before it’s your home. Penmar management has Amazing people. The on site manager keeps the building clean and everything works smooth. The manager Cynthia Sarmiento help me on every step with the application, with the details and any questions I had with the contract. Cynthia, she is professional, responsive, did an awesome job helping us. The main reason I desired for this place in Gardena was her, a friendly manager, you don’t find a place with a manager like her.

I have owned and managed an apt with 5 units in Inglewood since 1994. It has been one headache after another until I located Penmar. In 3 short months 2 problem tenants speedily exited the property after Penmar took over. I did not have to undergo the expenses of unlawful detainees and delaying tactics thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of Penmar staff. The monthly owner reports are comprehensive, timely and presented in layman's terminology providing excellent audit trails. Maintenance issues are addressed timely and repairs have been of high quality. There are no vacancies and there have been no late rental payments. My tenants are happy and morale is high. My only regret is that I did not enlist the services of Penmar earlier. I am thrilled with the high level of performance I have received from Penmar and am considering adding another apt building to my investment portfolio.

There are things that are not great about Penmar as the company but unfortunately it's a result of the owner and his less than ideal way of running the business. His decision to sell the condo my wife & 1 year daughter were residing in during a pandemic did not and does not sit well with me causing us to have to search for and move out during Covid. However, Yvonne who should be the face of Penmar, made the experience outstanding and she is someone you would be fortunate enough to work with. She was professional, understanding and helped to work through the challenges of needing to move out unexpectedly. She was responsive, friendly and someone I would want to work with again and again. Thank you to Yvonne for making a tarnished experience with Penmar's owner a little brighter. Without her, my experience would have led to a much more negative review.

Great experiences in Hermosa Beach. Penmar has been more than accommodating and Leticia has been a fabulous onsite manager who always jumps in to help and is very communicative. Move in experience went very smoothly.
