My experience working with Penny on a professional level has been possibly my worst nightmare. She has been a difficult and condescending realtor for every little detail.

My roommate and I began to move into our new found apartment in south Irvine. As we were settling in, we discovered that our stackable washer and dryer were not functional. We thought that they were not supposed to be stacked originally, but it turns out that there was no stacking kit installed. After chasing Best Buy around for a month, we finally had someone come out to the property to install it. Unfortunately, they had discovered that whoever had installed it had forgotten to remove the shipping bolts. This is what had caused the washer to shake from the very beginning, not user error.

She continually lied to our landlord saying we were trying to swindle our land lord out of rent money by creating these problems in our apartment. Essentially she was not taking responsibility of the installed appliance and tried to put the blame on us.

I would not recommend Penny to anyone because she is extremely difficult to work with. Please take caution in her aggressive attempts to solve problems.

She is professional, knows the market and will act on your behalf, she will help you to make your best decision in home buying. I highly recommended Penny as your selling or buying agent, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
