Beware: If you rent a property managed by this company, and Adriana specifically, be prepared to be lied to and manipulated. She will go over the top to show strength to the property owner, while mistreating you as the tenant. Do not count on getting your full security deposit back, if at all, even if you leave the property better than you found it. She will hire her friends to write up phony invoices and deduct them from your deposit, while they throw parties in the owner’s house between tenants. We experienced this, even though her and the owner had absolutely no knowledge of what the property looked like before we moved in, since the owner lived out of town and Adriana took over management in the middle of our lease. She will heartlessly threaten you with eviction if you put up the slightest fight to her unfair demands. Taking great care of the property and paying rent early every month will not be enough. She is not a nice person and will capitalize off of tenant’s vulnerabilities.
