My husband and I started our process to sell our home and buy a new one in late September/early October of 2024 and we finally closed on both properties recently in February of 2025! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and all around such a blessing to us through this whole process! We had pretty specific elements we were looking for in a new home and we toured so many houses that I honestly lost count of how many we saw in the search for the perfect one. Andrew Lewis is by far the best Realtor we have ever spoken to. My wife and I were looking to buy our first home and he was very honest with us. We did not expect our real estate agent to be knowledgeable and professional without pressuring us to move forward and purchase. He has great communication and never left us hanging. He helped us find the needle in a haystack properties that were exactly what we were looking for. We submitted several offers and he helped us with negotiations to make our offers more competitive. Even though we decided it was better for our family to rent for a year and save up some more cash, we know we will stick with Andrew and his team because of the integrity and work ethic he showed while we worked together. I feel it’s worth mentioning that I don’t write reviews for people very often, but I truly believe Andrew Lewis and his team at Performance Real Estate deserve the recognition. I’ve found that most realtors, and service providers in general, tend to promise you the world but just end up disappointing you. Not only did Andrew do as promised, he exceeded my expectations. He communicates exceptionally well (absolutely love his weekly video updates), he’s very organized, and his processes are dialed in throughout his entire business; especially the sales process which he methodically and successfully executes. For context, we listed during December which is considered one of the worst times of the year to sell a home, not to mention interest rates were hovering around 7%. We had multiple offers and were in escrow within a few weeks with a full price offer of our original asking price (which was higher than any of the comparable sales), and closed escrow in about six weeks from the time of listing. Without hesitation, I sincerely recommend Andrew, and look forward to working with him in the future!
