My husband and I took the leap and bought our first home in August 2024! We chose Perla Perez as our realtor. We knew that who you hire, matters. She is so experienced, trustworthy, and she handles each transaction with such integrity. You will never find someone as genuine, and hardworking as Perla. She has such a peace about her, and carries herself with so much gracefulness. With so much uncertainties we had, she was so calming to our nerves, but she somehow kept us excited through the touring part of our home-buying process.

We worked with Perla on selling our house. Perla was an absolute delight. She truly cares about her client and goes above and beyond. With our house not being easiest sale, hope was never lost and she continued to be quick and efficient with updating the list and getting it back on the market.
