I cannot say enough about Tanner Hutchins and Persinger Real Estate Group. Tanner worked tirelessly with me for 6 months trying to find my perfect home in the area. I was so impressed with his patience, confidence, knowledge and his attention to what I wanted. Tanner is a wonderful young man who will work hard for you whether buying or selling. My first experience with this group was with Cody Persinger who helped me sell a house 6 years ago. This time last year my now wife and I were looking to buy our first home before getting married that December. My wife saw a post on Facebook from someone she knew who was posting about some sale or something they had done with Kyle. I called Kyle one day and explained what we wanted to do and he invited us to come the office sometime. We went on my birthday and sat down for maybe 30 minutes or longer with Kyle as he explained the process and the benefits of buying a home. He gave us the contact information for the loan officer (or whatever her title is) that they had started using and said she could be in touch with us that same day about what we are approved for and she was!

Knowing what our price point was Kyle and the two of us started searching for homes. He found some nice ones for us and eventually found the home we bought. Kyle was extremely nice, patient and understand throughout the whole process! He almost always answered his phone or texts or was in touch as soon as he could be! One place we looked at he was at another showing so his boss, Cody, who was already there showed it. Cody was friendly too and was honest about something he thought would need to be repaired in the near future.

These guys are casual in their approach to real estate and make sure you find a home that 1) you like and 2) you can afford. My wife and I were beyond pleased with our experience with Kyle. He even said at closing if we ever need anything to feel free to reach out. That means a lot to me because it shows they care! I was so pleased that when it comes time to sell our home Kyle would be the first person to come to mind to consider selling it!

Thanks again Kyle, Cody and everyone else we dealt with along the way last summer. You guys made things a little less stressful.

We have not been to close yet, but this is our third home purchase, and this time it has been a breeze! I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about this group, and after not being able to get in contact with my usual realtor for a week, I reached out to Cody and he responded within two minutes and returned my phone call in ten. I’m so thankful for that! Communication has been fantastic, which is the most important part for me. Being a working parent, with a household full of chaotic schedules, they have worked around every piece of our lives which is fantastic because half the time we can’t even coordinate this well! They are quick with responses, and in today’s housing market you know how important that is. The process has been simple, thorough, and stress free. I can’t thank Nick and Cody enough!

This review is old but need to leave one none the less. Worked with Cody and Sara. Experience was horrible, first time home buyers and they barely explained anything. Never explained either of the 2 contracts we were in. For the house we ended up buying we were told it would be maybe a week or two past our close date for us to actually close. We were fine with that… it ended up being multiple months. Which was in the contract but nobody ever explained that to us. Then we finally get to closing day. The night before I had to ASK when the closing time would be only to be told the middle of the day. Me and my wife both work so obviously that isn’t going to work. Lady at the title agency which Cody also owns let us know that most people take off for their closing day (well that would have been nice to tell a first time home buyer before they are sitting at a signing) So anyway me and my wife both have to request off work the exact same day we need it. Otherwise they were going to make us move everything out we moved in the night before. And for the Cherry on top we were promised a closing gift and here we are over a year later still waiting on it. Horrible service especially for someone who is a first time home buyer.
