I applied for a house about 2 weeks ago, the application said if the house was no longer available they would refund me for my application. I have asked for them to give me an update on my refund several times during the past week and I have been ignored every time. I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews but I am not sure how else to call attention to this matter. Shirley please answer my emails and refund me the money for the application.

Professional Asset Management is the best. I was one of their first clients and Pam and her team have managed my properties for at least 15 years. They currently manage 84 doors for me. They always keep me well informed and when I call Pam always knows what’s happening with my properties. I’ve owned property in the DFW area for more than 35 years. They are the best hands down.
Great monthly reports and proactive management. I highly recommend, if you’ve had experience with other management companies you will appreciate the high level of service.

Do not rent with these people. They are thieves. My family rented with them for 3yrs. And they will come to your home like you live on section 8 to do inspections. My family gave those people 3 times the rent for a deposit and once it was time for them to move out, they stole all of their deposits claiming fake issues with the home. Example, it was a stain on the concrete in the back yard so we had to charge you for that. Next, they will send you a list on how much everything cost and when they found something wrong, they will mark the price up 4 times of the actual cost. They were so friendly as long as you paying them, but as soon as you leave or end your lease with them. They ride by the home and pick with you about simple stuff like your trash cans. Note, I have had those trash cans in the same place for 2 yrs and when we thought that we were about to leave that year, they come riding by the house like you are on section 8. These are the worst people to ever rent from. They were supposed to return the deposit money on by May 30th 2024 have not received 1 dime. And if you noticed they tried to change their name due to this lawsuit that's about to take place. So I will leave you folks with this, don't rent with these crooks.

They do a great job managing my rental property in TX. I've been with them more than 10 years. They take care of everything including a major renovation we did last year. Their reports are very detailed and timely. Highly recommended.

I Rented from P.A.M.S the first 3 months after I had had moved to the property everything was good because the had a good manager who was Tony Grant. I used to live at 6303 Peggy Dr Every since Rebecca Tijerina is managing the property we had been through the worst time ever in our life. She started by sending violations letter for the trash can that I live outside, I received violation letter for water the grass, I even received violation letter for ant pile outside by the mail box. One of the worst is about maintenance anytime we called her she never pick up the phone until we insisted 5 or more time she’ll send a text message said” I will call you back “ but never call back. Secondly charging for maintenance any time I call for maintenance I would be charged. I had 2 bathtub that were pealed off due to the wrong paint that they used. I requested the maintenance to come get it fixed, the send the maintenance guy after 26 days to get it fix and I was charged $1300 something for resurfaced the both bathtubs that were pealed off. There was a time the A/C draining was clogged I put the request and the sent the maintenance guy to fix and found nothing in the draining pipe the small closet behind the the A/C was got wet after the send a guy to dry 1 ft X 2 ft carpet I was changed $783 just for drying the 1ft x 2 ft carpet and I called the owner directly explain to her what happened she called the manager had them removed the charge immediately. If didn’t not call the owner I would be paid that money because those people are MONEY’S HUNGRY.

PAM company is not recommended for any body who is looking for a place to live. After everything that I already been through such as many weird violation letters and changing for maintenance that I wasn’t not supposed to pay 10 months later the sent me a renewal request I filled out the renewal paperwork after and I called the owner said I need the house to be inspected we scheduled and appointment when Rebeca came and did the inspection a week later we received an unlawful eviction notice including no reason to vacate the property from PAM to vacate the property I called The property owner to know what was the reason why I received an unlawful eviction notice she said that “ I don’t know anything about that eviction notice cause you pay your rent on time and never missed a payment so call Rebeca in order to know why you received the eviction notice” I called Rebeca after 5 times she picked up and told her Pam Blanco told to call you to discuss about the eviction notice Rebeca said “ I don’t know anything about that the eviction notice you have to call Pam Blanco cause she the owner she is the one who sent the eviction letter” I called Pam Blanco at the same time and told her tell me what is wrong with you and your manager cause I’m on the fence about this situation now I received an unlawful eviction notice you and your manager don’t know anything about it. She finally said “ yeah this is wired I think you received this eviction letter because we are going to either sale the property or do a major renovation” and after talked about that situation to many people the said you supposed to sue them I was like nope I’m not going to do that cause I don’t want to fight with any property owner. I send them a moving out notice the charged me 2 month rent I was like those people are really insane and called the office they removed one month payment. I made the payment and I move out from the property on October 20th I cleaned every single thing in the house in 3 days and I requested a move out inspection they never scheduled an appointment with me and on October I returned all the to the office. I was waiting for my deposit from PAM I finally received almost $900 bills instead of my deposit for damages and cleaning and I 100 % know there were no damage in the property and cleaned everything. So I think it is time to take the next step with them for maintenance costs, unlawfully eviction, not received my deposit, charging for cleaning and repairing which are not true and other stuff.

Do not rent with this group! If I could give zero stars I would! Our mistake not reading these reviews before choosing them. If you have any maintenance issues just for forget it! It took them 7+ months to have our broken down fence repaired. Our neighbors have big dogs and we have toddlers so it was a major concern and inconvenience. After months and months of texting asking for updates I finally called our property manager Rebecca Tijerina’s supervisor and magically it was fixed the next day. That shows that our property manager is LAZY and not professional like they claim in their company is.

Now we need a shelf / closet repaired and Have not any heard anything in days even after following all of their protocols! We pay almost $2000 a month to live here and can’t have basic maintenance request full filled! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to rent or to allow them to be in charge of your rental property!

I also have plenty other complaints! And will be taking a list to management soon and requesting a new property manager for the remainder of our lease.

Apparently this company does not have compassion for their tenants. My son's have repeatedly asked for a fence to be fixed, and it has not happened. They have lived at the property for 3 months and during the walk through my son said the master bedroom carpet smelled like cat urine. They came out to clean it, but the odor was still there and stronger than ever. The inspection was done and they said the carpet needed to be replaced. When my son calls, he gets nothing but an argumentative individual. For the price they pay for this house, this is not how they should be treated! It is extremely bad practice!!! If my son's dogs get out because the rest of that back fence falls, it will literally kill my son's. The dog's are their life and are family. This will be tended to!

Hello.
I Rented from P.A.M.S I can honestly say that they're very DISRESPECTFUL and MONEY HUNGRY!!!! My lease had ended and it was time for the move out walkthrough. It was about a week later when I met up with Rebecca Tijerina at 6300 Peggy Dr. for the walkthrough. Upon the walkthrough Rebecca found a water bug in the bathroom drawer which had nothing to do with me because I hadn't been there! Rebecca then threatened me that they were going to charge me a fee for the water bug in the drawer! I was forced to remove the water bug!!!! I later on called the Owners to complain about Rebecca's CRUELTY & INTENT! I spoke with Ms. Blanco who was apologetic for Rebecca's BEHAVIOR and reassured me that there was no further concerns about any issues Yet,
that was UNTRUE!!! I was cheated out of the full amount of my Refund deposit of $2400 due to ACCUSATIONS that I left cleaning product RESIDUE on the toilet $30 then they said I scuffed a door $100! I went to the office in person to inquire about these matters! Joy pulled up the pictures on her computer and I promise to God it was a little patch of Comet residue on the toilet seat and we ALL looked for the scuffed door but couldn't find that door in particular!! They Honest to God knew I was ENTITLED to the entire amount of my Refund but like we already know that these GREEDY DEVILS have to have their hands in the COOKIE JAR! SMH

P.S. Guys they might even try to justify the toilet seat by saying that the inside toilet was black and that was SIMPLY due to the WATER being TURNED OFF too! Lmbo just in case smart guys!!!!!! NO EXCUSES 😡

Go up
